This Privacy Policy explains how Evolve Nutraceuticals, LLC, operating the HRT Tracker application ("HRT Tracker," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you use our mobile application and related services. We recognize that hormone and health-related data is highly sensitive and are committed to handling this information responsibly and transparently.
Email address, User ID, Subscription status
When you voluntarily enter information into HRT Tracker, we may collect sensitive personal health data, including: Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) dosage data, medication names, dosage amounts, administration frequency, hormone-related symptoms, physical symptoms, emotional or cognitive symptoms, health notes, observations, and timestamps. This information is considered sensitive health and hormonal data.
Feature usage, session timestamps, device and app performance data, crash logs
Subscription payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store or have access to full payment card numbers or banking details.
HRT Tracker does not collect: Precise GPS location data, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data, medical records from healthcare providers, insurance information, advertising identifiers used for targeted advertising
We use information collected through HRT Tracker to: Display personalized analytics, trends, and summaries, analyze symptom and dosage patterns for your personal insights, operate and improve app functionality, provide customer support, maintain security and prevent misuse. We do not sell, rent, or commercially exploit personal health or hormone data.
HRT Tracker uses Base44's AI integration service, which is powered by industry-leading large language model (LLM) providers including OpenAI (maker of ChatGPT/GPT-4). When you choose to use an AI-powered feature, certain data is transmitted to this third-party service to generate your results.
Bloodwork Analysis: When you upload a lab document and request AI analysis, the extracted biomarker values from your document (e.g., testosterone, estradiol levels) are sent to the AI service. Your name and email are never included. Symptom Summary AI: When you request an AI analysis of your symptoms, your aggregated symptom scores (numerical ratings 1–5 for energy, mood, libido, etc.) and current protocol details (medication names, doses, frequencies) are sent. No personal identifiers are included.
Before any data is sent to the AI service, the app will display a clear disclosure explaining what data will be sent and who it will be sent to. You must explicitly consent before the data is transmitted. You may decline without losing access to any non-AI features.
AI outputs are informational only and do not constitute medical diagnoses, prescriptions, or treatment plans. We do not use your personal health data to train AI models. Your data is processed solely to generate your requested insight and is not retained by the AI provider beyond the request.
HRT Tracker offers paid subscriptions for access to enhanced analytics and features. Personal health and hormone data is not sold, licensed, or shared for advertising. Subscription status does not affect your privacy rights. We do not monetize health data in any form.
We share limited information only with trusted service providers necessary to operate HRT Tracker, such as: Cloud infrastructure providers (secure data storage and processing), payment processors (subscription billing only), app distribution platforms (e.g., Apple App Store). All service providers are contractually restricted from using data for any purpose beyond providing services to us. We do not share personal health data with advertisers, employers, insurers, or data brokers.
Evolve Nutraceuticals, LLC and HRT Tracker are not HIPAA-covered entities and not medical devices. HRT Tracker does not provide medical advice. Users should consult licensed healthcare professionals regarding diagnosis, treatment, or medication decisions.
You may: Access and review your personal data, edit or correct health entries, export your data, request deletion of your account and associated data. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days, subject to limited backup retention.
Personal data is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed from active systems. Encrypted backups may persist for up to 30–90 days. Aggregated and de-identified data may be retained for analytics and improvement purposes.
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including: Encryption in transit and at rest, restricted internal access, secure authentication controls, ongoing monitoring and security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
You must be at least 18 years old to use HRT Tracker. Do not use our Services if you are under the age of 18. HRT Tracker and the Services provided by Evolve Nutraceuticals, LLC are not designed for, directed to, or intended for children or individuals under 18 years of age. We implement technical and organizational measures intended to prevent individuals under 18 from creating an account or otherwise using our Services. If we become aware that an individual under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information, we will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, take steps to remove the personal information from our systems and delete the associated account. If you believe that a minor may have provided personal information to us, please contact us at support@hrttracker.com.
Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws, including: California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). These rights may include access, correction, deletion, and appeal of privacy-related decisions.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
